Palmer's Tulsa Outpatient Treatment Program

Palmer Addiction Recovery Services delivers trauma-informed substance use treatment and prevention for underserved individuals and families.

• Outpatient Services: Outpatient substance abuse treatment for children and adolescents ages 7-17 and adults ages 18 and older. Individual, group, and family counseling services are offered.

• Youth Prevention & Intervention: We provide services to 6th–12th grade students in high-need school communities across major local school districts, including: Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Union. Many of the youth we serve come from families experiencing economic hardship, homelessness, and unmet mental health needs. All student services are provided at no cost, ensuring access regardless of a family’s financial circumstances. School referrals accepted. Referral forms can be found on the website.

Palmer operates under an open-door policy, ensuring that any child or adolescent seeking treatment is served regardless of a family’s ability to pay.
