They provide substance abuse treatment services for pregnant or parenting women ages 18 and older. Residents can bring their children, 12 and under, to TWCC while an in-house Children’s Program provides specialized care for their infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-age children. A certificate is provided upon completion. Crisis and referral services are available to all, regardless of health care coverage.
