Palmer Addiction Recovery Services delivers trauma-informed substance use treatment and prevention for underserved individuals and families. β’ Women & Childrenβs Residential: Palmerβs unique residential program, the Tulsa Women and Childrenβs Center (TWCC), allows mothers experiencing homelessness or housing instability to bring their children with them during treatment. They provide substance abuse treatment services for pregnant or parenting women ages 18 and older. Residents can bring their children, 12 and under, to TWCC while an in-house Childrenβs Program provides specialized care for their infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-age children. A certificate is provided upon completion. Crisis and referral services are available to all, regardless of health care coverage.
