Bible-based coaching available Monday-Thursday by booking an appointment. Benevolence Request: Assistance coverage for utilities (electric, water, gas/propane) and partial rent/mortgage. The Benevolence Request application process takes approximately two weeks, and if funds are approved, checks will only be issued directly to the service provider for which you are requesting assistance. Palmer Addiction Recovery Services delivers trauma-informed substance use treatment and prevention for underserved individuals and families. • Outpatient Services: Outpatient substance abuse treatment for children and adolescents ages 7-17 and adults ages 18 and older. Individual, group, and family counseling services are offered. • Youth Prevention & Intervention: We provide services to 6th–12th grade students in high-need school communities across major local school districts, including: Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Union. Many of the youth we serve come from families experiencing economic hardship, homelessness, and unmet mental health needs. All student services are provided at no cost, ensuring access regardless of a family’s financial circumstances. School referrals accepted. Referral forms can be found on the website. Palmer operates under an open-door policy, ensuring that any child or adolescent seeking treatment is served regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

Palmer Addiction Recovery Services delivers trauma-informed substance use treatment and prevention for underserved individuals and families. • Women & Children’s Residential: Palmer’s unique residential program, the Tulsa Women and Children’s Center (TWCC), allows mothers experiencing homelessness or housing instability to bring their children with them during treatment. They provide substance abuse treatment services for pregnant or parenting women ages 18 and older. Residents can bring their children, 12 and under, to TWCC while an in-house Children’s Program provides specialized care for their infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-age children. A certificate is provided upon completion. Crisis and referral services are available to all, regardless of health care coverage.
