Transitions Treatment Services

The Transitions Treatment Services Outpatient Substance Abuse program includes medication treatment for opioid use disorder, along with counseling, case management, peer support, education, and nursing support.

Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2 PM and Saturdays, 6:30 AM - 9 AM

Dosing Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 12:00 PM
